World Vision We’ve both worked with this international humanitarian organisation for several years. Projects have included: a think tank on innovation in service delivery; training workshops for staff charged with community development and emergency response; capacity building amongst local staff to implement new approaches to advocacy for health and education services.
National Public Radio Johnnie facilitated a senior management think tank to develop a strategy for engaging the whole organisation in a complete rethink of strategy. This led to a two-day conference in Washington DC for over 250 participants which helped launch a string of new initiatives which have contributed to NPR’s continuing success in the face of enormous challenge.
World Fish We ran a week long workshop to train field workers in community engagement and meeting facilitation, focusing on the experience and actual situations they would be facing in the coming weeks.
Surf Coast Shire Viv designed and delivered a community leadership program that has just celebrated its 10th year. Built into the design were community projects that participants implemented and the intentional training of participants to eventually conduct the program themselves.

ACIAR (Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research) Viv worked with scientists in South-East Asia to help them determine the eventual impact of their work on poverty, and to identify participatory approaches to gathering data to support their findings.
Sustainability Victoria A series of workshops was conducted to provide staff with awareness of, and skills in, participatory evaluation, program design and dealing with sudden and unexpected change.
BBC Johnnie has facilitated several innovation workshops for the BBC in London, working with a wide range of staff to develop new initiatives.
